Currently located in the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, we will be moving to the new, purpose-built Life and Mind Building ( Home | The Life and Mind Building (ox.ac.uk) a multidisciplinary research and teaching facility due to open in 2024. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised and pro-active Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the four Associate Heads of Department (Personnel, People & Culture, Research, and Education) and the Head of Administration and Finance (HAF), as well as general office duties.
